This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, or changes may be accepted for interior services, modular kitchen work, custom carpentry, and import–export services offered by DLC EXIM(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. General Policy

All services, materials, and production work are planned and executed based on confirmed orders from the client. Due to the customised nature of our work, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. Cancellation by Client

2.1 Before Project Confirmation

  • If the client cancels the project before approving the quotation or making any payment, there is no cancellation fee.

2.2 After Advance Payment but Before Work Begins

  • If cancellation is requested after paying the advance but before materials are purchased or work has started, up to 20% of the project value may be deducted as administrative and planning charges.

  • Remaining balance (if any) will be refunded within 10–15 business days.

2.3 After Work Begins

  • Once materials are procured, production starts, or installation begins, no refunds will be issued.

  • The client must pay for all completed work, purchased materials, and labour charges up to the cancellation date.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds apply only when:

  • Duplicate payments are made by mistake

  • An overpayment occurs

  • Work has not started and meets the conditions mentioned above

Refunds will be processed to the client’s original payment method within 10–15 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Customised Products

Modular kitchens, custom carpentry, and imported items are produced or sourced specifically for each client.
Therefore:

  • They are non-returnable

  • They are non-refundable

  • They cannot be cancelled once production or sourcing has started

5. Import–Export Orders

For import–export items:

  • Refunds are not applicable once the order is placed with an international supplier.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or logistics-related costs are non-refundable.

  • Any shipment delays caused by customs, weather, or international logistics are beyond our control and not eligible for compensation.

6. Project Delays

Refunds will not be provided for delays due to:

  • Material shortages

  • Supplier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Client-side approvals

  • Design changes requested by the client

7. Cancellation by the Company

DLC EXIM(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel or refuse a project due to:

  • Non-payment

  • Misconduct or misuse

  • Inaccurate project information

  • Unforeseen technical or operational issues

In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will follow the conditions mentioned above.
